The micronizing mill, designed and manufactured by us, is a machine used for micropulverizing various materials.
Materials that can be ground include.
- Minerals, such as calcium carbonate and gypsum
- Chemicals, such as PVC and different types of resins
- Vegetable products, such as vanilla, cocoa and other kinds of dried vegetables and cereals
The operation of the mill is based on the technology of bumping and rubbing materials fed through a metering system. Materials are then sorted according to their micrometer size using a dynamic variable speed switch.
The powder is collected in a cyclone and discharged continuously through a rotocell.
Outlet air is cleaned and recycled through a suitable bag filter.
The pulverization chamber of the mill is equipped with a cavity for cooling by circulating water or nitrogen.
Other important features of the mill include ease of cleaning by quickly opening the various components, including the pipes and cyclone.
