The extremely robust machine, constructed of thick shaped and welded sheet metal, is designed for intensive use with fully automated loading and unloading cycles.
The washing cycle and the loading and unloading steps are managed by PLC. Cycles and times are easily set by keypad.
The tank is prepared for the use of an external filter system to remove and retain any impurities, sediments and residues in the liquid. This ensures constant and optimal cleanliness throughout the entire treatment process.
The use of a filtration system prevents the liquid from reaching premature saturation, thereby reducing production costs and environmental impact.
The ‘large rear door allows for quick and easy inspection inside the tank.
Simple to install, it comes assembled and ready to use.
Upon request, the automatic washing machine can be supplied with the possibility of heating the washing liquid up to 40° by means of 6000 W electric heating elements (Art. 80-30R).
